Shape the employee experience at Prensa

This newly created role within our People and Culture team plays a pivotal part in shaping a positive, consistent, and seamless employee experience across the Prensa business. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic leader eager to be part of a growing team. The role will work closely with our Directors and Senior Managers.
Who is Prensa?
Prensa is a national risk management consultancy supporting clients across Australia. We specialise in delivering occupational health and safety, environmental management, and property risk advisory services. Our mission is to empower clients with practical, expert guidance that drives safer and more sustainable outcomes.
Your Impact
You’ll play a central role in enhancing our people experience and strengthening our internal processes. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating and managing end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns.
- Overseeing the onboarding process, including new hire documentation.
- Leading, delivering, and participating in the company induction program.
- Managing the offboarding process, including exit interviews and documentation.
- Partnering with senior managers to identify internal training needs and targets.
- Strengthening relationships with universities to support our intern and graduate programs.
- Supporting company initiatives whilst working with the People and Culture Manager and Directors.
- Understanding, maintaining, and supporting internal quality systems.
Ideally, you will bring
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities – this is a must!
- Strong work ethic and a team player with a “can-do” attitude.
- Previous HR/Recruitment/ People Culture experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Inspiring people leaders with demonstrated experience in leading/coaching teams.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering induction programs.
- Training will be provided for the successful candidate with a handover period to ensure success in the role.
- Previous recruitment experience, including talent sourcing and selection, is advantageous but not essential.
