Who We Are
Prensa is a Risk Management consultancy which services clients throughout Australia. The business has over 280 consultants working out of offices in most Australian States and provides a range of Risk Management services including health and safety, environment, occupational hygiene, hazardous materials and emergency management.
Prensa continues to grow our team of experienced Occupational Hygienists and Hazardous Materials Consultants and due to recent successful proposals are looking for additional consultants to assist in delivering exciting projects across New South Wales, including infrastructure, industrial and commercial buildings.
Are you?
- A forward thinking, motivated Senior Occupational Hygienist then we are keen to speak with you. To be successful in this role, you will be:
- Highly motivated and have the ability to engage with clients one on one;
- Confident in your ability to deliver innovative solutions and outstanding service to our clients;
- Demonstrated success in developing and mentoring junior staff;
- Experience in the design, implementation, management and delivery of: Complex hazardous material projects; Mould and Water Damage projects; Occupational Hygiene exposure assessments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to establish projects and leverage to junior staff.
To Succeed in this Role, You Should Meet the Following Key Skills and Requirements:
- Tertiary education in a relevant science field such as Science, Occupational Hygiene, Engineering;
- Minimum 4 – 5 years’ consulting experience, specialising in the assessment and/or management of hygiene or hazardous materials projects;
- Detailed understanding of the relevant New South Wales WHS legislation;
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken; and
- Be a Licensed Asbestos Assessor.
